Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully fold your unworn garments with all tags attached and place them inside the original shipping bag or a similar protective mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized NZ Post location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days of arrival.
